Where Do I Purchase BUB Items?

How Do I Measure My Dog?
When ordering your BUB coat, we ask that you size your dog first. Correct sizing is important for a good fit. Since BUB is meant to be form-fitting, We ask for our sizes according to the length of your dog’s back. Other important information, but not necessary, will be your dogs girth (chest measurement). We also ask your dog’s name and breed. Many times the breed is unknown, that is why “unknown” or “other,” is a choice on our form.
Be sure your dog is standing squarely, with head up, while measuring. With your dog looking straight ahead, measure from the point where the neck joins the body to the point where the tail joins the body.
Chose from even sizes running from 8" to 28.” The only exception is the 13” size.. Use the breed size chart below to determine coat size. We encourage you to use our measurement guide to be sure that you select the right size for your dog.
Tip: The coat should either meet the base of the tail (If your dog's tail goes up (like Jack Russell Terr, Schnauzer), or cover the tail. If your dog’s tail stands up, then choose the size down if you are in between sizes. Choose the next size up, if your dog’s tail lies down. We are happy to answer any questions about sizing. How Should I Clean My BUB Coat?
Clean your corduroy, denim, and canvas coats the same. Although BUB coats are colorfast, we suggest washing in cold water/gentle cycle. Tumble dry only for a short period of time on a low setting.
Keeps buckles buckled if possible. Otherwise, remove your elastic belt entirely before washing.
There is no need to treat embroidery any different than a coat with no embroidery.
For canvas coats, shake well after washing, gently stretch to retain form, and dry flat.

What is Your Return Policy?
We offer a money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your
dog’s garment, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please include an explanation for the return.
However, personalized coats and custom garments are not returnable

Do you Ship to Foreign Countries?
We currently ship to the continential US and Canada. Look for international shipping in the future.
Do You Have a Hardcopy Catalog?
No, at this time, all browing and purchasing must be done online. We do however, accept orders via our phone, 866.897.0882
How Long will It Take to Get My Order?
Personalized items ship anywhere from 2-3 weeks from the order date. Non-personalized items ship sooner. In stock items ship within 72 hours.

What do I do if My Coat Doesn't Fit?
First, go back and check the measurements that you provided to BUB. See if they are still accurate. Then check the elastic tummy belt, which is elasic and adjustable. Adjust this best for best fit. If you still have any trouble, make sure the chest panel is centered to your dogs chest.
If you find your chest panel is too long, try "doubling up" on the fabric that holds the belt. Turn the belt accordingly and snap in.
